I paid for a one time move out clean. It started off on a rough note when the team was over 2 hours late with no communication. I was told that Mop Stars “doesn’t usually clean on Sundays” despite 3 separate confirmations for the time and day. Thankfully Guy was able to send another team out and they did a great job. I was impressed with their work, however it was stressful not knowing if they were showing after paying over $300. I definitely expected better communication and organization for the price and reputation of the business. I would only recommend Mop Stars to someone who isn’t on time constraints.

Our goal is to make the moving process less stressful, but poor communications on our end created more stress, and for that we are sorry.
