I understand your disappointment in that we did not get inside some empty kitchen cabinets, but for any homes that are not vacant, we do not look inside the cabinets and drawers. We clean inside all cabinets and drawers in vacant homes, but without knowing there were some empty cabinets, the team would not look inside cabinets or drawers thinking there are personal items inside. My apologies for the confusion.
