Lynn has been in the real estate business for 17 years and has served two terms on the board of directors for the South Metro Denver REALTOR® Association, 6 years on the Board of the Builder Realty Council, and chaired the marketing committee for The REALTOR® Rally for the past 5 years.

What drew you to the real estate business? What do you love most about it?
I grew up in a Real Estate family and it took me a long time to make a career change.
I love this business because it is different every day and you learn something from every transaction.
I love the professionalism of my colleges and the impact our industry has on our economy. I love helping families create wealth with one of their largest investments.
I love working from contract to closing to solve challenges and find all the puzzle pieces to take the transaction to clossing.
What do you love most about Colorado?
I love the sunshine, low humidity, the mountains, the independent spirit of Coloradoans and the sheer beauty of all that surrounds us.
How has the pandemic changed the Colorado housing market?
It has heated it up tremendously as people realize they don’t need to live where they work.
People want space, scenery and the quality of life Colorado has to offer.
What’s something you think all Colorado home buyers should know (but most don’t)?
Colorado home buyers should look carefully at their outdoor space.
It adds to the foot print of their home. As we can utilize the outdoors because of our months of lovely weather this adds significantly to the value of the home.
If you could have lunch with anyone, living or dead, who would it be and why?
I would love to have lunch with my father. He died in 2010.
He was a very successful Realtor and I would love his perspective on the market today. I miss him.

What the mind can conceive and believe it can achieve.
Anything else you’d like to share?
I believe the key to success in this business is the relationships we make not only with our clients but with our fellow Realtors.
