We have many framed photos that are important to us, and they were handled and cleaned with care.2. Furniture was pulled out from the walls and cleaned behind and underneath. Laura went over floors with multiple passes in some cases to ensure a thorough job.3. Items were individually removed and cleaned, then the surfaces cleaned and dried, sometimes twice to ensure thorough cleaning. Shelves within furniture were completely cleared and all surfaces wiped down, including sides and inside tops.4. On attention to detail: Yasmine opened every drawer and wiped down the interior surfaces of the face of them. This is a detail even I don't notice, and an excellent touch.5. They even cleaned our dog beds. What?!6. I don't own any white gloves, but I'm 100% confident that I could run them over every surface of our home and come up clean.Cons: This was a return cleaning after a not-so-thorough initial experience, that now pretty clearly appears to have been a one-off and really unusual event. I'm extraordinarily happy with the outcome and how it was handled by Guy.Our house is the cleanest it has been since the day we moved in. Mop Stars successfully redefined what "Deep Clean" means to me, and we are blown away.So, so happy, and we will absolutely use Mop Stars again, as well as recommending them to everyone we know.

How often will you clean my house?

That being said, we can also accommodate cleanings of any type whenever you want them! Maybe a deep clean every 3-6 months is more appropriate for you. Or to help prepare or recover from a special event, house guests, or a remodeling project!

What should I do with my pets?

We love pets at MOP STARS! But for their safety and ours, we do ask that your pets are removed, or safely secured while we clean. We don’t know your beloved pet’s personality and would hate for them to slip through an open door, or for them to feel insecure and threatened by strangers in your home.

This could be a great time for your pup to go to work with you or visit a nearby doggy daycare! Kitties seem to do best when secured in a room, such as a laundry room or spare bedroom.

Be sure to let us know about your pets when you call to schedule your cleaning! We will talk through what will work best for everyone and also ensure we are using products that won’t cause sensitivities to your pets.
