Laura and Yasmine came to clean our home and their thoroughness and attention to detail was incredible.Pros:1. No picture frame, shelf, trinket, doodad, or piece of furniture was left unturned. We have many framed photos that are important to us, and they were handled and cleaned with care.2. Furniture was pulled out from the walls and cleaned behind and underneath. Laura went over floors with multiple passes in some cases to ensure a thorough job.3. Items were individually removed and cleaned, then the surfaces cleaned and dried, sometimes twice to ensure thorough cleaning. Shelves within furniture were completely cleared and all surfaces wiped down, including sides and inside tops.4. On attention to detail: Yasmine opened every drawer and wiped down the interior surfaces of the face of them. This is a detail even I don't notice, and an excellent touch.5. They even cleaned our dog beds. What?!6. I don't own any white gloves, but I'm 100% confident that I could run them over every surface of our home and come up clean.Cons: This was a return cleaning after a not-so-thorough initial experience, that now pretty clearly appears to have been a one-off and really unusual event. I'm extraordinarily happy with the outcome and how it was handled by Guy.Our house is the cleanest it has been since the day we moved in. Mop Stars successfully redefined what "Deep Clean" means to me, and we are blown away.So, so happy, and we will absolutely use Mop Stars again, as well as recommending them to everyone we know.

Natalie and her cleaning partner are the best! This was my first clean with them and they were excellent. I had a busy work-from-home day of meetings and had zero time to walk them through things. Juan and Clara from Mopstars did an outstanding job on our move out cleaning. They were very detail oriented; they cleaned the tops of door frames, baseboards, door handles, and all window sills. They made my fridge and appliances sparkle. I would not hesitate to hire them again because they were so thorough and took such pride in their work. It also doesn't hurt that they were both personable and easy to talk to!
This was the best investment in our recent home purchase, to get a deep clean. Our new home had a terrible odor from the prior owners pets. One call to Mop Stars had their finest crew, Maria and Monica on site the next day. A quick walk through and they went straight to work scrubbing all the floors, wiping out every cupboard and drawer, interior windows, bathrooms. There was a toilet which was gross, had terrible stains, I was planning to replace it, figuring it was a lost cause - to my surprise they got that thing sparkling clean as new. They worked quickly, efficiently and were very nice people. I will definitely use Mop Stars in the future. Very pleased with the results.

We had just purchased a home and the former owner had dogs and there was a strong "wet dog" odor which permeated the house. The deep clean that the two ladies did on our home was first class excellent. The blinds, looked new. The glass shower looks like it has never. The tile floor looks so clean. We had hard water stains that we tried everything to get out. Mop Stars did it. We love them. This was world class great. Great price for the massive amount of work they did. Totally use them again.

Great experience! My husband and I have three dogs and full-time jobs. We try to pick up and vacuum as we can, but it's exhausting after a long day at the office. I hired MOP Stars for a deep clean because we were at our wits end trying to keep the place fresh and clean. The three lovely ladies who cleaned the house were outstanding.
